Placement Services
Placement Assistance FREE as a part of the Certification Programs
The following placement services will be provided to students enrolled in the IC Design and Technology Diploma program offered by MOSart Labs and IIT Bhubaneswar.
While some of these services are an integral part of the holistic teaching and curriculum, focusing on learning by doing, other addition support will be provided to ensure the best chance of success to all students of the program.
CV Preparation
During the program, the students will be required to independently work on several projects. MOSart Labs will take the responsibility to help the students prepare their CV highlighting their work and skills.
Placement advisor
Similar to mentors for courses, smaller group of students will be paired with a placement advisor to help the students review their job search strategy, including helping them post their resume’s at popular job sites and LinkedIn. The Placement Advisor will also be the first point of contact to help answer specific questions of the individual students and guide them in their job search.
Interview preparation
During each course, the students will be required to present their work and project to their colleagues and mentors. Students would answer questions and respond to queries from the fellow students and faculty. This helps in training the students to be comfortable to explain their technical work. The students will be offered additional training and guidance to further sharpen their presentation skills and develop confidence to attend technical interviews.
Opportunities
A placement/marketing officer will be assigned by MOSart Labs to connect with various semiconductor companies in India and invite them for placements. MOSart Labs will work closely with IIT Bhubaneswar industry network to help students reach out to prospective employers. Further, the students will also be eligible to apply for any open positions at MOSart Labs.
