STCD Foundation and Specialization

Semester 1: Foundation (₹ 2,25,000 + GST)
  • Five courses covering the core areas of ICDT
    • Circuit analysis, Hardware description languages, Design verification, CMOS processing, and IC measurements lab
  • Live lectures, also recorded for later viewing, and access to all study material and assignments via the learning management system.
  • Lab access is available online so that the students can make arbitrary measurements through their laptops online
  • Optional campus immersion, (IIT) of one week will be offered during the semester break.
    • Accommodation may be provided by IIT, at some additional fee charged directly by IIT.
  • Three courses and one mini-project worth six credits

You can take as many as 5 classes or 15 credits per semester or as few as two classes per semester, depending on your schedule and availability. A minimum of two classes per semester is mandatory. Plan to spend about 10hrs per week per course, The entire professional diploma can be completed in one year if taken on a full time basis.

Simply visit our website and click “apply now” to apply for the program and pay for the Launchpad module. Enrollment to the rest of the Professional Diploma program is based on the entrance exam at the end of the Launchpad. Qualifying students will be intimated after the examination.

You can drop your class by contacting our support team within two weeks of the start of the class for the designated semester for a full refund. The Launchpad module cost is non-refundable.

You’ll need a reliable internet connection and a computer to take classes and work on assignments. Although the classes may be taken on a tablet or smart phone with an updated web browser, assignments will generally require a computer either a desktop or laptop. Specific software requirements will be listed in your program details.

All class materials will be available with your LMS account or viewing through the course portal once you’re enrolled.

The total cost for the entire program is 6.25L plus GST.  The Launchpad module cost is 25K Plus GST, payable at the time of application. The foundation semester fee is 2.25L plus GST, payable before the start of the semester and the specialization semester cost is 3.75L plus GST, also payable before the start of the specialization semester. Student loans could be availed by interested students.

Payment for the Launchpad module is required at the time of registration to secure your spot in the course. The fee for the foundation and specialization semesters are due at the start of the respective semesters. All Fees must be paid to IIT, Bhubaneswar account. 

Account transfer online is the preferred method, All fee will be deposited directly to the IIT Bhubaneswar account.
