Rajesh Gupta is the CEO of MOSart Labs and has 20 years of experience in semiconductor technology, including 15 years in memory development. He also manages Micron India’s process R&D. An IIT Madras and RPI graduate, he focuses on building mixed-signal ICs and promoting VLSI education in India.

Dr. Krishna Kanth Avalur, Founder and CTO of MOSart Labs, is a semiconductor expert with deep expertise in analog integrated circuit design and VLSI. A former Director at ams OSRAM, he combines industry leadership with academic mentorship. He holds a Ph.D. in VLSI from IIIT Hyderabad and degrees from IIT Bombay.

Sanjay Churiwala, Corporate Vice President at AMD, is a semiconductor expert with experience in RTL design, EDA tools, and STA. An IIT Kharagpur alumnus, he’s also an author, patent holder, and Senate Member at IIIT Kalyani, bridging industry and academia through innovation, mentorship, and publications.

Venu Madhavan, Ph.D., is a Staff Engineer at Microchip Technology with expertise in high-speed SERDES design, transmitters, linear voltage regulators, and mixed-signal circuits. A VLSI Design graduate from NIT Warangal, he has extensive experience across 28nm to 90nm technologies and the complete SERDES development cycle.

Harshitha Indukuri is a Senior Manager at ams OSRAM with expertise in mixed-signal layout, floorplanning, LVS, DRC, and Cadence Virtuoso tools. With nearly five years at ams OSRAM, she brings strong leadership in ASIC and VLSI design, backed by a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from JNTU.
She plays a key role in driving efficient layout strategies for advanced semiconductor solutions.

Deva Phanindra Kumar is a Senior Manager at Micron Technology with expertise in hardware verification, storage systems, and engineering leadership. An M.Tech graduate from IIT Madras, he has over six years at Micron, specializing in PCIe, NVMe, and VLSI technologies, while actively contributing to employee engagement and innovation initiatives.

Avinash Yadlapati, Ph.D., is a VLSI Design Manager at Intel with over 15 years of semiconductor experience. A former leader at AMD and Qualcomm, he specializes in ASIC design, embedded systems, and SoC development. He is also an IEEE Senior Member, mentor, visiting professor, and holds multiple advanced degrees.

Venkatesh Hanamsagar is an IP/SOC RTL Design Lead at AMD with expertise in VLSI, digital design, and computer architecture. A graduate of the University of Southern California, he specializes in RTL design, ASIC development, and SoC integration, bringing strong technical leadership to advanced semiconductor and chip design projects.

Raghavendra Molthati is a Senior Staff Manager at Marvell Technology with nearly 18 years of experience in analog and mixed-signal IC design. An IISc alumnus, he specializes in high-speed PLLs, CDR circuits, SERDES design, and analog fundamentals, with expertise across multi-protocol SERDES and advanced clocking architectures.

Hannes Wild is a Professor of Applied Physics, Packaging, and Optical Sensing at OTH Regensburg. A physics graduate from the University of Regensburg, he specializes in microcontrollers, electronics, optical sensors, IC validation, and automation, with strong expertise in technologies like SPICE, LabVIEW, Linux, and C++ programming.
