1. No Refund Policy
All purchases, enrollments, registrations, and payments made to MOSart Labs are final and non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to: – Course fees – Program enrollment charges – Registration payments – Workshop or seminar fees – Examination or certification charges – Any other service or product offered by MOSart Labs
No refund will be provided in any case, including but not limited to: – Change of mind – Personal reasons – Academic/work commitments – Technical issues from user’s side – Non-attendance or incomplete course – Misunderstanding of program details – Inability to meet system requirements – Dissatisfaction with training after enrollment
2. Transfer or Replacement
While refunds are not available, MOSart Labs may, at its discretion, allow: – Transfer to another batch – Transfer to another course equal to or lower in value – Replacement of participant (before course start date)
These decisions are made case-by-case and are not guaranteed.
3. Exceptional Situations
In rare and extreme circumstances (such as program cancellation by MOSart Labs), alternative compensatory options may be offered, such as: – Course shift – Batch extension – Program replacement
Refunds will still not be issued, even in these cases.
4. Agreement
By enrolling in any MOSart Labs program or making any payment, you acknowledge that: – You have read and understood the Refund Policy – You agree that no refund will be provided under any circumstances
