Architecting the Future
I am a relentless challenger of the status quo. At MOSart, I am defining the Digital Architecture and Micro-architecture for the world’s first System-on-Chip (SoC) dedicated to Battery Management Systems (BMS). My focus is on Computational Storage, Brain-Inspired Computing, and bringing AI/ML intelligence directly to the energy edge.
Before MOSart, I served as Director & Group Head at Samsung Semiconductor, where I built a team from scratch to deliver 4 generations of CPU, GPU, and NPU IPs. If you use a Samsung Galaxy S23 FE or A55, you are using solutions developed under my leadership.

The Teacher & The Innovator
Innovation requires dissemination. I am a Senior IEEE Member and a patent holder who believes in sharing knowledge. I actively teach VLSI courses, mentor interns, and have influenced over 25 patents within my teams.
My career spans the full lifecycle of silicon—from defining the initial architecture for Emerging Memories at Micron to co-founding Riversilica, a video transcoding startup. I bridge the gap between “Entrepreneurial Spirit” and “Enterprise Scale.”
