Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Day Shift)
CTC: ₹12 LPA (₹9 LPA Fixed + ₹3 LPA Variable)
Joining: Immediate or within 15 days

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Admission Counselor – Inside Sales to drive admissions for our flagship VLSI program. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys counseling, has a strong sales mindset, and thrives in an education-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel students via inbound/outbound calls and understand their academic background and career aspirations.
  • Recommend the right program based on student profiles and goals.
  • Drive enrollment through structured follow-ups and clear communication.
  • Assist students through the complete admission and payment journey.
  • Keep lead data, call logs, and conversion details updated in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and academics team to share feedback and improve processes.

What You Need to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales or academic counseling.
  • Experience in EdTech or high-ticket education sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Target-driven and student-first mindset.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and digital platforms.
